Would you give more detail about the eligibility requirement of 16 semester-long courses?

The SROP requires that the equivalent of 16 semester-long university courses be completed by the start of the program.

The SROP is targeting students who are going into their third or fourth years of university or are graduating this year. If a student took an average of 4 courses per semester for 4 semesters, then they would have completed 16 semester-long courses by the end of their second year in university.

The application deadline for the SROP will be on February 1, 2024. Students applying to the SROP who are completing their second year may not have fully completed 16 semester-long courses. In this case, students can count courses in which they are enrolled for the Winter 2024 semester toward this eligibility requirement. The transcript uploaded to the application should show that these courses are in-progress. If you meet the requirements, but your transcript does not indicate in-progress courses, please contact us; We will find another way to verify eligibility.
