Do I need to submit my official undergraduate transcript?
No, we accept “unofficial” undergraduate transcripts that are usually available through your University’s online services. Official transcripts almost always cost money, so we are not requiring them. We do not want any fees associated with applying to the SROP.

It is very common to feel anxious about or unsure of how to approach someone to ask for a letter of recommendation. That being said, many letter writers are honoured to be asked. Is there an application fee?
No, there is no fee nor cost to apply to the Canada SROP. We encourage all eligible students who are interested in graduate school in Psychology, Management, Organizational Behaviour, Neuroscience, or a related field to apply!
Whom should I ask for letters of recommendation?
The SROP application requires two letters of recommendation. Is there a minimum GPA requirement?
The SROP application requires you to upload your transcript. Academic performance will be considered, but there is no minimum GPA requirement. Please note that we ask you to “annotate” your transcript, by which we invite you to contextualize any grades or other information on your transcript.

The SROP requires that the equivalent of 16 semester-long university courses be completed by the start of the program.
